You can also use blood-activating, blood-stasis-removing and blood-nourishing drugs, such as Cortex Moutan, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Peach, Eupatorium, Achyranthes, Fructus Aconiti Lateralis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Polygonum multiflorum, Fructus Lycii, Polygonatum sibiricum, Fructus Mori, Pangolin, Leech, etc., but they should be used together with Qi-activating drugs, such as Cortex Moutan, Rhizoma Cyperi, Curcuma, and Aucklandia lappa. If qi, blood, phlegm and turbidity are intertwined, it is advisable to add processed Pinellia ternata, processed Arisaema consanguineum, dried tangerine peel, and Trichosanthes fruit.

The lung meridian is affected by heat, and phlegm and dampness are stagnant: it is advisable to clear away heat and moisten dryness, soothe the lungs and disperse the stagnation. Yiqi Qingjin Decoction can be used. The prescription uses Fritillaria, Tangerine Peel, and Platycodon to clear the lungs, eliminate phlegm and relieve nodules, Peppermint, Perilla, and Burdock Fruit to relieve wind evil, Gardenia and Scutellaria to clear lung dryness, and Ginseng, Poria, and Licorice to replenish lung qi. If spleen deficiency also occurs, Xiaoliu Pills can be used. If the amount of phlegm increases, add Pinellia, Trichosanthes, and Lemongrass seeds.

The spleen fails to function properly, and dampness and turbidity flow in: it is advisable to strengthen the spleen and dry dampness, resolve phlegm and disperse nodules, as well as clear away heat. Modified Erchen Decoction with Codonopsis pilosula can be used. In the formula, Codonopsis pilosula, Poria cocos, and licorice strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, while Pinellia ternata and dried tangerine peel promote qi and resolve phlegm, eliminating condensed dampness and turbidity, peppermint clears away the dampness, while Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis clear away heat and detoxify. The whole prescription has the effects of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, dispersing nodules and eliminating tumors. If the appetite is poor, it is advisable to take Shenqu, malt, and barley sprouts, etc.; if the heat is excessive and the phlegm is light red, it is advisable to add gentian, gardenia, plantain seed, Akebia, etc. to clear away the heat, dampness and other evils.

(2) External treatment:

① You can apply musk powder or jade powder, or blow it on the tumor to promote the disappearance of the tumor.

②Punch to discharge the mucus, then apply Bingpengsan.
