Rub it to treat insomnia

There is an acupoint on the palm of our hand and the sole of our foot. The acupoint on the palm is called Laogong, which is hot in nature. Rubbing it can generate "fire" and replenish yang;

The acupuncture point is called Yongquan, which is cool in nature. Rubbing it can nourish yin and replenish water. Rubbing the soles of your feet with your hot palms can blend water and fire and balance yin and yang. Many people’s insomnia is cured by “rubbing” in this way.

What is the principle of rubbing?

People who suffer from long-term insomnia, are easily awakened, are restless, and often have headaches usually buy some longan, lily, and jujube seed tea to drink, which has the effects of calming the mind, helping sleep, nourishing the heart and spleen, and calming the nerves.

People of this type can also use the above method to rub their skin at ordinary times. It doesn’t need to be too complicated. Rub it for 5 to 10 minutes before going to bed, and drink longan, lily and jujube kernel tea. You will see obvious results if you persist for a period of time.
