What may be the causes of yellow urine?

Yellow urine with an odor is common in many people. The causes of yellow urine with an odor are largely related to the individual drinking less water and getting a sore throat. But be aware that if the urine is yellow and has a very serious odor, you should be careful to prevent and treat serious body inflammation. So what diseases may cause yellow urine?

1. Prostatitis

Prostatitis generally presents with frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, redness and swelling of the urethra, stinging and purulent secretions. Some diseases can cause urine to have an unpleasant odor; maculopapular rashes, small pustules, one or more skin and mucosal ulcers, etc. may appear in the genital area.

2. Cystitis:

The diagnosis of acute cystitis requires a midstream urine test in addition to medical history and physical signs. There are pus cells and red blood cells in the urine, and the urine is yellow.

3. Urethritis:

Some urethritis patients may also suffer from long-term yellow urine, so this should be taken seriously. If you encounter this situation, you should go to the hospital for a check-up.

4. Liver disease:

When the liver is diseased, the urine will usually take on a strong tea color. Since the kidneys cannot break down the above-mentioned bilirubin, etc., they will be excreted from the body with urine, causing the urine to be yellow and last for a long time. In the early stages of hepatitis, before jaundice appears, we often see yellow urine with an odor, which is often a sign of hepatitis.

5. Getting angry:

Yellow urine with an unpleasant odor may also be caused by eating too much hot food and getting a sore throat. This situation is not serious, just drink some herbal tea to reduce the heat.

6. Drink less water:

Some people don’t like to drink water and only drink one or two glasses of water a day. Such people are also prone to having yellow urine with an odor for a long time. This is very unhealthy for your body.
