Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, decoct and extract 150 ̄200 ml of juice, take in two doses, 1 dose per day. Suitable for those who suffer from persistent vaginal bleeding after miscarriage.

2: Brown sugar and motherwort soup: 60 grams of brown sugar, 30 grams of motherwort. Boil motherwort in water to extract juice, add brown sugar and take in two doses. Suitable for those with excessive bleeding due to blood stasis.

3: Ginseng and Astragalus paste: 60 grams of ginseng, 500 grams of roasted astragalus, and 500 grams of maltose. Decoction the first two ingredients repeatedly twice, filter out 200 ml of juice, add malt sugar, simmer and concentrate into a paste, store for later use. Take 20 grams three times a day, washed down with boiled water. Suitable for those with qi deficiency and thin, light, clear blood.

3. Medicinal Diet

1: Egg and date soup: 2 eggs, 10 red dates, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then beat in the eggs and cook them. When the water boils again, add red dates and brown sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. It has the effects of tonifying the middle, replenishing qi and nourishing blood. Suitable for conditioning anemia and deficiency of Qi and blood after illness and childbirth.

2: Soy milk rice porridge: 2 bowls of soy milk, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the rice, cook it with soy milk to make porridge, and add sugar after it is cooked. Take on an empty stomach every morning. It has the effects of harmonizing the spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and moistening dryness. Suitable for recuperation of physical weakness after abortion.

4: After miscarriage, you still need to take care of various

Make reasonable arrangements in terms of quantity, quality and mutual combination to meet the body's needs for protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, inorganic salts, water and cellulose.
