4. Four-flower tea: Put 1 gram each of Chinese rose, rose, trumpet creeper and osmanthus and appropriate amount of brown sugar into a thermos cup, add boiling water to brew, cover the cup tightly and simmer for 5 minutes. Drink as tea. Mainly used to treat traumatic injuries.
