2: 1 gram of green tea, 200 grams of floating wheat, 30 grams of jujube, 25 grams of lotus seeds, and 10 grams of raw licorice. Add 1500 ml of water to the last four ingredients, boil until the wheat is cooked and floats, then add green tea. Take 100 ml each time, 3 to 4 times a day, and can be boiled again.

4: Food should be soft, warm and cozy. It is better to cook by steaming, boiling, stewing and braising, and eat less hard and rough food. When eating, take your time and chew the food thoroughly in your mouth, mix it with saliva, and then swallow it slowly. This will help digestion.
