How to regulate Qi deficiency, blood deficiency and kidney deficiency, TCM regulation of deficiency syndrome

Kidney deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood deficiency are common symptoms in daily life. This is mostly due to excessive eating and unhealthy living habits in daily life. How to treat qi deficiency, blood deficiency and kidney deficiency? Traditional Chinese medicine has different conditioning methods for different deficiency syndromes.

1: Yin deficiency - avoid spicy and dry food, wolfberry and pear are suitable

1: Symptoms: hot flashes and sweating in the hands and feet, irritability, mouth and tongue ulcers. 1. Spleen Yin deficiency: loss of appetite, difficulty digesting food, nausea, dry mouth, thirst, dry and hard stools, and weight loss. 2. Kidney Yin deficiency: waist tightness, weak legs, heel pain, hot palms and soles, or accompanied by restlessness, heat, insomnia, night sweats, spermatorrhea, hair loss, and loose teeth. Foods that replenish yin deficiency: wolfberry, water chestnut, raw pear, lily, duck meat, cuttlefish, lotus root, enoki mushroom, raw rehmannia, Ophiopogon japonicus, Polygonatum odoratum, pearl powder, Tremella fuciformis, Cordyceps sinensis, Dendrobium candidum, tortoise shell, etc.

2. Yang deficiency - avoid raw and cold food (shrimp and crab), and eat beef and mutton

1: Symptoms: fear of cold, diarrhea, fatigue, lack of energy. People with Yang deficiency often feel cold, have cold limbs, especially hands and feet, have no taste in the mouth, are not thirsty, have light-colored urine with large amount of urine, especially frequent urination at night, feel weak all over, and are easily fatigued. The symptoms of yang deficiency are milder in summer and worse in winter, and qi deficiency often develops into yang deficiency. 1. Spleen Yang deficiency: loss of appetite, stomach likes warmth, stomach feels comfortable after pressing, tasteless mouth, likes hot drinks, loose stools or stools containing undigested food, accompanied by edema, pale complexion, women have clear and thin leucorrhea with large amount, and even stomach pain, which is relieved by warmth and aggravated by cold.

Foods that replenish yang deficiency: beef, dog meat, mutton, sea cucumber, mussels, walnut meat, longan, eel, quail, shrimp, leek, cinnamon, and fennel.

3. Qi deficiency - Chinese yam, Poria cocos, Coix seed

1: Symptoms: weakness in the limbs, easy drowsiness, loss of appetite. Qi deficiency syndrome generally refers to general weakness, easy fatigue, shortness of breath, low voice, even laziness to speak, and sweating a lot on weekdays. Clinically, this disease may be seen simultaneously depending on the organs where the disease occurs: 1. Lung Qi deficiency: symptoms include a low cough, weak sputum, and easy catching a cold. 2. Heart Qi deficiency: symptoms include pale complexion, forgetfulness, heartburn, etc. 3. People with kidney qi deficiency: spermatorrhea and frequent urination at night.

2: 4. People with spleen deficiency: The stomach feels bloated and uncomfortable after meals, the stool is loose and unformed, the digestive function is poor, and the appetite is small. Yin deficiency syndrome is often manifested by weight loss, dry mouth, dry nose, dry throat, fever in the afternoon, or hot palms and soles of feet. Specifically, it is divided into: Lung Yin deficiency: dry cough, little and sticky sputum, or blood in the sputum, hoarseness, sweating during sleep, and sweating stops after waking up (commonly known as night sweats). Qi deficiency syndrome refers to general weakness, easy fatigue, shortness of breath, low voice, even laziness to speak, and excessive sweating on weekdays. Clinically, this disease may be accompanied by the following symptoms depending on the different organs where the disease occurs: Foods that replenish qi deficiency: beef, chicken, pork, glutinous rice, soybeans, white lentils, jujube, crucian carp, carp, quail, eel, shrimp, mushrooms, etc. You can change your clothes frequently.

4. Blood deficiency - avoid spicy and dry food, red beans, red peanuts, and red dates are suitable

1: Symptoms: Pale complexion, palpitations, irregular menstruation. Blood deficiency syndrome has a yellow or pale complexion, pale lips, dizziness, insomnia, decreased menstrual flow in women, prolonged menstrual cycle, or even amenorrhea, dull skin, dizziness often occurs or worsens after fatigue, pale nails, headache is mild but worsens after fatigue, and there are often symptoms of Qi deficiency, such as laziness, fatigue, and excessive sweating.

2: 1. Deficiency of heart blood: palpitations, irritability, insomnia, frequent dreams, forgetfulness, pale complexion, pale lips and tongue, mostly occur in people with weak constitution. 2. Liver blood deficiency: blurred and dry eyes when looking at things, dull, light-colored, brittle and thin nails, or even deformed, night blindness, blurred vision, tinnitus, numbness of hands and feet, thin body shape, women have scanty and light-colored menstruation, or even amenorrhea, insomnia and dreaminess, and easy awakening. Foods that replenish blood deficiency: black-bone chicken, black sesame, walnut meat, longan meat, chicken, pig blood, pig liver, brown sugar, red beans, etc. can be selected alternately frequently.
