How to effectively regulate poor blood circulation

If the blood circulation is not good, it will also affect the health of the body. If you want to regulate it effectively, diet is a better method. Ginger sweet milk or angelica ginger mutton soup can also regulate blood circulation to a certain extent.

1. Ginger sweet milk

Take 150-200 ml of fresh milk, add a spoonful of ginger juice and a little sugar, put it in a container and steam it for fifteen minutes. This drink has the effect of dispelling cold and soothing the stomach. Drinking one cup every day will gradually eliminate the coldness in your hands and feet.

2. Angelica, ginger and mutton soup

20 grams of angelica, 30 grams of ginger, 500 grams of mutton, and appropriate amounts of rice wine, salt and other condiments. Wash the angelica, soak it in clean water until soft, slice it and set aside. Wash the ginger, slice it and set aside. Remove the fascia from the mutton, blanch it in boiling water, remove the blood, then remove it from the mutton, slice it and set aside. Put angelica, ginger and mutton into a casserole, add water and rice wine, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, then simmer over low heat until the mutton is cooked through, then add salt and other condiments before serving.

This soup has the effects of replenishing qi and blood, warming the middle and removing cold, and is suitable for people with yang deficiency and blood deficiency.

3. Crucian carp and pig blood porridge

1 fresh crucian carp (about 150 grams), 100 grams of pig blood, 10 red dates, 5 grams of wolfberry, 40-50 grams of millet, 15 grams of brown sugar, and appropriate amounts of ginger, green onion, vegetable oil, and salt. Stuff chopped ginger, green onion and salt into the fish belly. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot. Heat the oil to 70% hot, then put the fish in. Fry over medium heat until the fish skin turns slightly yellow. Add a proper amount of boiling water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the fish, add seasonings and eat as a dish. Wash the red dates, millet and wolfberries, add them into the fish soup and cook together. When the porridge is cooked, add brown sugar and washed and chopped pig blood, and cook for another 5 minutes before eating.

Regular consumption has the effects of warming yang, replenishing qi and nourishing blood. It is especially suitable for people who are afraid of cold in winter and have anemia or are diagnosed with qi and blood deficiency by traditional Chinese medicine.
