Tips to relieve calf soreness

1. Spiral twist. Straighten your legs and cross your right leg over your left leg while keeping your right leg straight. Twist your upper body until your right hand is on the ground, with your left elbow close to your right knee. You will feel the muscles in your waist being stretched in a twisting manner. This movement will help you get rid of back pain. It is recommended to hold each side for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times. 2. Sit in the butterfly stretch position with your feet together, hold your toes with both hands, slowly lean your upper body forward, bend from the hips, press your legs down with your elbows, and stretch the inner thigh muscles. This movement can fully relieve leg pain and exercise muscles. It is recommended to hold for 8 seconds and repeat 2 times

Horizontal stretch: After preparing for the lying position, lift your legs and hug the back of your knees with your hands; use your arms to exert force and feel your whole body being lifted up; until the leg ligaments are fully stretched to the maximum position. This movement can stretch the thigh ligaments that we don’t often exercise. It is recommended to hold it for 10 seconds and repeat 4 times.

Causes of leg soreness 1. Lower limb venous disease: Some diseases are likely to cause leg soreness, such as pelvic tumors, compression of the pregnant uterus, stenosis and occlusion of the lower limb veins, etc., which will compress the lower limb veins, causing varicose veins, and then causing symptoms of leg soreness. 2. Venous thrombosis: Because thrombosis will block the deep veins of the lower limbs, the venous blood can only rely on the superficial veins to return. If the superficial veins in the lower limbs cannot complete the body's operations, they will compensate by gradually expanding. This will naturally lead to varicose veins in the long run. Leg soreness and swelling are the obvious symptoms of varicose veins. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that most leg soreness and swelling symptoms are caused by kidney deficiency, and occasionally accompanied by symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis. This is mainly due to the weakness of kidney qi and insufficient kidney essence, which causes leg soreness, and the soreness caused by poor blood circulation.
