How are blackheads on the nose formed?

Blackheads are a common problem. Many young men and women are struggling to find effective ways to remove them. For example, pores clogged by oil or adhesion, and not paying attention to skin cleansing may lead to blackheads. Therefore, you must pay attention to proper cleansing and skin care.

1 Causes

Blackheads are mainly composed of a kind of "plug"-like substance composed of sebum, cell debris and bacteria, which blocks the opening of hair follicles. Combined with dust, dirt and oxidation in the air, the end that contacts the air gradually turns black, hence the inelegant name - blackhead.

Blackheads are hardened oil blockages that usually appear on the forehead, nose and other parts of the face. When the oil glands are over-stimulated and the pores are filled with excess oil and become blocked, the nose and the surrounding areas often feel greasy. These oils eventually harden and oxidize to become tiny black dots, which are the oil blockages called blackheads.

2 Symptoms

Have you noticed that people who usually have acne and blackheads have rough skin and large pores. There are many oil particles blocking the open pores, and there are hard bumps in the skin that are always repeatedly induced to develop acne. In severe cases, the skin will even be uneven. If acne is likened to an active volcano, then blackheads are like extinct volcanoes. Although they are not dangerous enough to attract special attention, they are indeed the enemy of women with creamy skin. Don’t be afraid, fight against blackheads and remove all these troublesome things to get rid of them thoroughly.

3. Nursing

Wash your face frequently: Be sure to wash your face as soon as you get home from outside, no more than three times a day.

Use a deep cleansing mask (Bali deep sea volcanic white mud) on your face. If your pores are dirty and greasy, you can drop 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil into it. It can thoroughly clean the pores and has an anti-inflammatory effect to prevent acne from worsening.

Massage your face once a week. You can use 5CC of grape seed oil (which is lighter and easier to absorb) and add lavender +

Grapefruit + juniper berry, you can use it if you don’t mind the trouble. Lavender can normalize the skin's metabolism and prevent the accumulation and thickening of keratin; grapefruit can purify pores and repair inflamed and swollen pores; juniper berry has excellent effects in sterilization and lymphatic detoxification for skin with large pores and acne. Formula: 10ML grape seed oil, 6 drops of lavender, 3 drops of grapefruit, and 3 drops of juniper plum.
