Most of the things that have been precipitated are the essence, such as qigong. However, many people are willing but unable to do so. They really want to practice Qigong to strengthen their bodies, but they are unable to do so because they have no professional guidance. In fact, the practice of Qigong is also divided into different levels. Here we will tell you step by step. first step When exhaling, pay attention to your heart. When you are ready to practice, close your eyes slightly, look at the tip of your nose for a moment, then close your eyes and look inward at your heart area, and listen to your breathing without making any sound. With each exhalation, your mind should move from the throat to the heart area. Try to gradually slow down and lengthen your exhalation. The best time for each exhalation is 8 to 12 times per minute. When you inhale, let it be natural, without thoughts or awareness. If you have distracting thoughts during the exercise, you should use the method of counting breaths to control them: just count the number of exhalations, from 1-10, then go back to 1-10, and repeat. When the distracting thoughts subside, you will no longer need to count your breaths. This exercise should be practiced 3 times a day, 20 minutes each time. Try to fix the daily practice time as much as possible to make it easier to form conditioned reflexes. If you cannot fix the time, then three times a day, morning, noon and evening, are essential. After practicing for about 3-5 days, you will feel a heaviness in your heart area. Around the 10th day, you will feel warmth in your heart area. This means that the first step is completed, laying the foundation for the second step. During the practice of this step, those who have no foundation in practicing qigong may experience dizziness, back pain, unnatural breathing, and unfamiliarity with the tongue against the upper palate. These are unfamiliar phenomena when first practicing. As long as you persist in practicing according to the requirements, you will gradually become proficient, and the various unnatural phenomena will gradually disappear. Step 2 The mind and breath follow the dantian. When you practice the first step of the exercise to the point where you feel heat in your heart each time you exhale, you can then follow your mind and breath. With each exhalation, use your mind to guide the hot air from your heart to gradually extend downward, step by step, toward your Dantian (inside the lower abdomen). But you must be careful to be relaxed and natural, and not be too intentional or hasty. Practice this three times a day, each time for about half an hour. After about 10 days, you will feel a warm current flowing down to your Dantian every time you exhale. Step 3 Regulate your breathing, concentrate your mind and protect your Dantian. Next, with each exhalation a heat current will sink to Dantian. After Dantian becomes warm, you can consciously or unconsciously stop your breathing at Dantian. That is, focus your mind on Dantian, and don't pay too much attention to exhaling. Practice three times a day, each time for about 40 minutes. This step of training takes about 40 days, and you can feel an "air ball" formed in your Dantian. Step 4 Don’t forget to open the Du channel and don’t help again. Continuing from the previous step, when the Qi in Dantian is filled to a certain level, it will move upward along the spine. At this time, the mind must follow it upward without being distracted by other things (do not forget); when it stops at a certain point and no longer goes up, or even retreats, do not use your mind to guide it upward (do not help). Because the speed of the upward movement depends entirely on the degree of fullness of the true qi in the Dantian. The fuller the Dantian is, the greater the upward force and the faster the speed; otherwise, the upward movement will stop or even reverse. When you reach the "Yuzhen Pass" behind the head and find it difficult to pass through it after repeated attempts to go up, you can use the method of looking inward at the top of your head, and you can usually pass the Yuzhen Pass. This step is a critical step. The number of exercises per day can be appropriately increased to 4-5 times, each time taking about 1 hour. Generally, the air flow can break through the "Yuzhen Pass" within a week. This also varies from person to person. The fast ones can pass it in one go and with great strength; the second best ones need several times; the slowest ones need several days; and some individuals may find it difficult to pass for a long time due to special circumstances. Step 5 : The spirit accumulates energy and nurtures vitality. After the Ren and Du circulation is formed, one generally still focuses on the lower Dantian, while other meridians can also be opened one after another. If power appears on the top of the head, you can change to guard the upper dantian (in the brain) and you can control it flexibly. The practice time is still 3 times a day, each time for about an hour. During this period, you may experience extreme itching on your scalp, numbness and tingling on the tip of your tongue, a feeling as if electric currents are running through your body, numbness and itching on your skin as if ants are crawling, tension between your eyebrows and nose bridge, and tightness around your head. These reactions vary from person to person, so there is no need to be afraid or pursue them. After about a month, these symptoms will naturally subside. |
