What causes lower abdominal pain after sex?

1. Physiological factors:

(1) Female physiological structure: The base of the female urethra and bladder is very close to the vagina, and the pelvic organs such as the uterus and its appendages are even closer to the vagina. These female organs are easily stimulated by external pressure and biological factors. During sexual intercourse, the male's penis twitches violently, which can cause strong stimulation to the female's vagina, abdominal cavity, and pelvic organs, causing the female to breathe rapidly and her entire body to contract involuntarily, especially during orgasm. This phenomenon is more obvious.
