The so-called myocardial infarction is a common heart disease. For this disease, we can alleviate the condition through surgical therapy or treat the disease through drug therapy. You can decide based on your actual situation. 01 Angioplasty : commonly known as "angioplasty" and "stent placement". The doctor will use "percutaneous puncture technology" to insert a 2mm diameter balloon catheter through the patient's femoral artery, or through the radial artery on the outside of the wrist to the diseased and narrowed area of the coronary artery, and then expand the balloon under X-ray fluoroscopy. The inflated balloon will compress the atherosclerotic plaque accumulated in the blood vessels, thereby expanding the diameter of the blood vessels and improving blood flow. In recent years, it has been found that balloon dilation of the narrowed blood vessels cannot solve the problem of in situ recurrence, so 90% of them will implant vascular stents to prevent the blood vessels from rebounding again. However, for some patients, the smooth muscle of the blood vessels will proliferate and cause the blood vessels to narrow again a few months after the stent is implanted. In recent years, "drug-coated stents" have been introduced to improve the problem of smooth muscle proliferation. The above operations are best performed within 90 minutes of the patient arriving at the hospital or within 12 hours of the onset of the disease. 02 Thrombolytic therapy : Suitable for use within three hours of the patient's chest pain, and without a stroke or head trauma within three months, a brain tumor or vascular deformation, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. Thrombolytic agents such as streptococcal tissue fibrinolytic activator can be injected. 03 Other drug treatments : In the first year after a heart attack, doctors usually recommend taking antiplatelet drugs such as clopidogrel and aspirin to inhibit platelet aggregation. In addition, you also need to take cholesterol-lowering, blood pressure-lowering and other drugs regularly. 04 Coronary bypass surgery (bypass): If angiography reveals multiple severe stenosis of the coronary arteries, especially the left main coronary artery, or if angioplasty is unsuccessful, bypass surgery is required. The principle is to remove other blood vessels in the body (such as the internal mammary artery and lower limb veins) to replace the calcified and narrowed blood vessels, and connect them from the aorta to the downstream of the blocked blood vessels. The operation requires the help of extracorporeal circulation equipment. |
