What are the symptoms of a bad spleen?

1. Vomiting due to spleen deficiency

Prescription: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction: 1 qian of ginseng, 2 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 2 qian of Poria cocos, 10 fen of licorice, 8 fen of tangerine peel, 1 qian of Pinellia, 8 fen of Amomum villosum, 7 fen of Costusroot, add 2 qian of ginger, decocted in water and taken orally.

2. Diarrhea due to spleen deficiency

Symptoms: loose stools or diarrhea, prolonged and recurrent symptoms, indigestion, decreased appetite, abdominal distension and discomfort after eating, more frequent bowel movements after eating greasy food, sallow complexion, fatigue, pale tongue with white coating, and weak pulse.

Prescription: Eight Immortals Cake: 5 grams each of Astragalus, Atractylodes, Chinese yam, Hawthorn, Poria, Tangerine peel, Hunan lotus powder, and Codonopsis. First, boil the above-mentioned medicines to extract the juice, and then steam it into cake together with appropriate amount of polished rice flour, glutinous rice flour and white sugar. Suitable for spleen deficiency, diarrhea and loss of appetite.

3. Spleen deficiency and bleeding

Symptoms: Dark purple or even black blood in the stool, or hematuria, hematemesis, epistaxis and purpura, fatigue, shortness of breath and low voice, pale face, dizziness, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

Prescription: Shepherd's purse and red dates soup: shepherd's purse (100 grams of fresh product, 30 grams of dried shepherd's purse flower), 15 dates. Use appropriate amount of seasoning. Preparation method: Pick and wash shepherd's purse, add water to boil soup, add jujube when it just boils, cook until done, season, and it is ready to eat. Take it in 2-3 times and continue for more than 15 days.

4. Leucorrhea due to spleen deficiency

Symptoms: Continuous and large amount of yellowish or white leucorrhea, odorless, with pale yellow complexion, mental fatigue, loss of appetite, back pain and abdominal distension, or lower limb edema, loose stools, etc.

Prescription: Wandai Soup, or use 20 grams of white lentils and 25 grams of sunflower pulp, decocted in water and taken orally.
