1. 8. Take 40 grams of egg white, add 500 ml of distilled water and ethanol each, stir evenly to form liquid A. Take 1 gram of methionine, add 500 ml of distilled water and 500 ml of acetic acid, stir evenly to form liquid B. Mix 8 parts of liquid A with 2 parts of liquid B.
