How to make Anshen Soup? There are 6 types

In recent years, with the increasing pressure of life and work, many people have to work overtime or attend various social activities after get off work, which disrupts their normal work and rest schedule. Some serious cases even suffer from insomnia. As we all know, insomnia is very harmful to human health, so everyone must learn the following 6 kinds of calming soups.

1. Suanzaoren Soup

Crush three grams of Chinese jujube kernels, boil them in water, and take them one hour before going to bed every night.

The insomnia treated by Suanzaoren Decoction is caused by liver blood deficiency, internal disturbance of deficiency heat, and failure of blood to nourish the heart. Insomniacs are often accompanied by symptoms such as palpitations, night sweats, dizziness, dry throat and mouth, and thin and stringy pulse.

2. Calming Soup

Take three grams each of longan pulp and Sichuan salvia miltiorrhiza, boil them in one or two bowls of water until half a bowl, and take it half an hour before going to bed.

This soup can achieve a calming effect, especially for those suffering from insomnia due to weak heart and blood.

3. Anshen Soup

Steam 15 grams of raw lily bulbs, add one egg yolk, stir with 200 ml of water. Add a little rock sugar, boil, then stir with 50 ml of water. Drink it one hour before going to bed.

Lily has the effect of clearing the mind, soothing the nerves and calming the nerves. Drinking it regularly can have immediate effects.

4. Three-flavor tranquilizing soup

Take three grams of Chinese jujube seeds, one gram each of Ophiopogon japonicus and Polygala tenuifolia, boil them with 500 ml of water until 50 ml remains, and take it before going to bed. All three herbs have a calming, soothing effect, and when mixed together they have a hypnotic effect.

5. Longan and Lotus Seed Soup

Take 2 taels of longan and lotus seeds and cook them into soup.

This soup has the effects of nourishing the heart, calming the mind, strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys. It is most suitable for middle-aged and elderly people and those suffering from long-term insomnia.

6. Yangxin Congee

Take 35 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 10 seeded red dates, 10 grams each of Ophiopogon japonicus and Poria cocos, boil them in 2000 ml of water until 500 ml becomes minus the residue. After removing the residue, cook them together with washed rice and water. After the rice is cooked, add brown sugar and take it.

This porridge can nourish qi and blood and calm the mind, and has a significant improvement effect on people suffering from palpitations (rapid heartbeat), forgetfulness, insomnia, and nightmares.
