Cerebral arteriosclerosis is a local manifestation of systemic atherosclerosis in the limbs. It is very harmful and middle-aged and elderly people must actively prevent it. Those who have been diagnosed with coronary atherosclerosis are strictly prohibited from overeating to avoid inducing angina pectoris or myocardial infarction.

⑷. Those who have been diagnosed with coronary atherosclerosis are strictly prohibited from overeating to avoid inducing angina pectoris or myocardial infarction. People with hypertension or heart failure should also limit their salt intake.

⑸. It is recommended to eat a light diet and eat more foods rich in vitamin C (such as fresh vegetables, fruits and melons) and plant protein (such as beans and their products). When possible, try to use soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, corn oil, tea oil, rice bran oil, safflower oil, etc. as cooking oils.
