How to promote bone growth, should start from childhood

Bone growth should start from infancy. There will be no hope if you wait until everything is set in stone. Experts suggest that breastfeeding, paying attention to diet, appropriately supplementing trace elements, exercising more, getting more sun exposure, and maintaining a good sitting and standing posture can all promote bone growth.

1. Choose breastfeeding

The calcium in breast milk is the easiest to absorb, so children who are breastfed have better bone development. Good looks have a lot to do with bone development, because bone development determines the shape of the face and body. A narrow and constricted face, crowded teeth, protruding forehead, almost no chin, round shoulders, and sunken chest are all caused by insufficient calcium absorption, which greatly affects a person's appearance. 2. Pay attention to diet and supplement trace elements appropriately

3. Exercise more and get more sun

4. Baby crawls and sits alternately

Alternating between crawling and sitting can satisfy the baby's habit of not wanting to sit still, and it can also exercise the muscles of the chest, abdomen, waist, back and limbs, which can promote bone growth and lay a good foundation for standing and walking in the future. 5. Maintain a good sitting and standing posture
