What causes brown stool?

What causes brown stool?

If your stool is brown, you must be especially careful. Have you eaten any colored foods recently? If you usually eat black and purple foods, the stool you excrete may be black, purple, and brown. If you eat watermelon and red foods, the stool you excrete will be red and black. Therefore, different colors of stool are related to dietary pathology.

How to measure the quality of the digestive system?

1. Do you have morning bowel movements every day? Because morning is the time when the large intestine moves the fastest, after excretion, it will be easy for you to move again. If you don't have a bowel movement for 3 days, the contents of your stomach will definitely exceed 10 kilograms. Are you tired of walking with 10 kilograms of rice on your back? Think about what it would feel like to walk around the street with 10 kilograms of feces on your back? Stool is a signal light of everyone's health. For example, if a child cannot speak, all his health is reflected in his stool, and the same is true for adults.

2. Is the defecation speed fast enough? Africa has the fastest bowel movement in the world, and the more advanced and developed a country is, the slower the bowel movement.

3. Is the color correct? Yellow is the only correct one.

If it is brown, it means that you have consumed too much animal fat and animal protein;

If it is brown, it means that you have consumed too little fiber, too much animal protein, too much pressure on your gallbladder and liver, and insufficient bile secretion. Long-term brown stools will cause an acidic constitution, which is a breeding ground for chronic diseases and cancer.

If it is red, it is red with blood clots. This is very dangerous. It means that there are wounds in certain parts of the lower digestive tract, such as the large intestine, rectum, and anus. This is also because there is insufficient fiber and the stool is too hard, which causes wounds and bleeding.

If it is black, it is more dangerous. It indicates that there is a problem with the stomach and duodenum in the upper digestive system, and there is internal bleeding. If this happens, see a doctor immediately or it could be very dangerous.

4. Is the shape correct? The stool of a healthy person should be large, smooth and without breaks. The older you get, the thinner your stools become.

5. No bad smell.

The dietary concept of healthy people is "one high and three lows". The one high is high fiber, and the three lows are: low sugar, low salt, and low oil; one bite of meat and four bites of vegetables. Try to eat less meat and supplement protein with soy products. Eat more raw vegetable and fruit juices on an empty stomach.
