Treatment of verrucous nevus with traditional Chinese medicine

When treating verrucous warts with traditional Chinese medicine, of course, we must pay attention to some drug formulas. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes taking Chinese medicine orally or applying it externally. Drugs such as Smilax glabra, Coix seed, Amaranthus oleraceus, and Hedyotis diffusa have relatively good therapeutic effects.

1. Oral administration of Chinese medicine: The treatment should be aimed at clearing away heat and detoxifying, nourishing blood and activating blood circulation, softening and dispersing nodules. The prescription used is the wart treatment soup. If the wind-heat-dampness toxicity is more severe, add Chinese yam, coix seed, Amaranthus oleraceus, and Hedyotis diffusa; if the liver is deficient and the blood is dry, and the tendons and qi are not nourished, add mother of pearl, white peony root, raw oyster, and red bean; if the kidney yin is deficient and the liver blood is insufficient, use Guishao Dihuang Decoction with Chuanxiong and Achyranthes bidentata instead.

2. Western medicine internal treatment: You can choose any one of the following methods: ① Take 0.1g of virus record orally 3 times a day; ② Take 0.3g-0.6g of methenamine orally 3 times a day; ③ 2ml of 10% bismuth salicylate oil by intramuscular injection; ④ 3-5ml of 1% potassium antimony tartrate by intravenous injection, twice a week; ⑤ 2-5ml of interferon by intramuscular injection, once a week.

3. Panacea corrosive agent: 1.5g of camphor carbuncle, 25g of salicylic acid, 1g of procaine, 1.5g of white sugar, and 95% alcohol are mixed into a paste and applied to the warts.

4. Mash the kernels of crow eggs and apply them to the affected area. Change the dressing once a day. Generally, it will be cured after 2 to 3 times. Or use crow egg oil (1 part crow egg, soaked in peanuts for half a month) and apply it to the affected area.

5. Add an equal amount of pure alkali and quicklime, mix with 2% procaine solution to form a paste, and apply it to the warts. Stop applying the medicine when you feel a burning sensation locally.

6. Compound salicylic acid collodion (30g each of salicylic acid and lactic acid, 100g of elastic collodion). Soak the affected area in warm water for 5 minutes. After drying, apply this product directly to the wart once a day. This product is a good keratin dissolving agent and is flammable, so please protect it.

7. "Surgery Qixuan" records: "Use chicken shin skin to rub it and it will heal itself. Another method is to roast Qi Ai on the first born skin, and the rest will fall off by themselves and heal. "
