6. Spinach and duck blood soup

80 grams of spinach, 50 grams of duck blood, 20 grams of tender tofu, and 20 grams of wolfberry. First cut the duck blood and tofu into thin slices. Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry chopped onion and ginger, then add duck blood and tofu and stir-fry for a while, then add wolfberry and appropriate amount of water. After the water boils for two minutes, add the spinach and seasoning.

7. Glutinous rice porridge

30 grams of red dates, 7 longans, 100 grams of black glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Wash the longan and red dates and set aside. Wash the black glutinous rice, add red dates, longan and appropriate amount of water and cook into porridge. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar according to your taste.
