my country's traditional Chinese medicine has profound ideas. The "Inner Canon of Medicine" says: "The liver receives blood and is able to see, the feet receive blood and are able to walk, the palms receive blood and are able to grasp, and the fingers receive blood and are able to pick up things." The liver opens up to the eyes, the fluid is tears, and the body is tendons. Therefore, if the liver blood is deficient, it cannot nourish the eyes and tendons, and symptoms such as sore and swollen eyes, blurred vision, and numbness of hands and feet will appear. When these situations occur, you can choose Xuehai and Zusanli acupoints to replenish liver blood.
