What to eat to replenish blood after menstruation

Ingredients: 100g japonica rice

How to make longan, donkey-hide gelatin and red dates porridge:

1. Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water to make it swell, and drain the water;

2. Take a large cup, pour in boiling water, and put donkey-hide gelatin and white wine in a small cup;

3. Place the small cup in boiling water until the gelatin dissolves;

4. Remove impurities from the longan pulp, wash it, and wash and pit the red dates;

5. Add about 2000 ml of cold water, longan and red dates into the pot, and cook over medium heat until only one third of the water remains;

6. Add polished rice, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until it becomes porridge;

7. Add melted donkey-hide gelatin and mix well.

2. Chicken stewed with angelica

Main ingredients: 1500 grams of hen

Accessories: 30 grams of angelica

Seasoning: 60g glutinous rice wine, 10g ginger, 10g green onion, 3g salt, 1g pepper

How to cook angelica chicken:

1. Remove the feathers and internal organs of the chicken and wash it. Use angelica to wash away the dust.

2. Put the chicken into the casserole, add water, rice wine, angelica, ginger slices, scallion segments, and salt, cover the pot tightly, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat for 3 hours.

3. Sprinkle pepper when serving.
