When treating diseases, TCM pays the most attention to the treatment method of prescribing the right medicine for the disease. Moreover, many TCM doctors will feel the patient's pulse according to the patient's description of the disease. Everyone's pulse is different. TCM doctors can judge where the patient is weak in the body through the frequency and condition of the patient's pulse and help the patient treat the disease. So what does a thin pulse mean in TCM? The deep pulse does not respond to light pressure, but only to strong pressure. The Lord’s testimony. The thin pulse is as thin as a thread and should be obvious. Deficiency of both Qi and blood, all kinds of fatigue and fatigue are caused by dampness. A deep and thin pulse indicates yin deficiency, and a deep and thin pulse indicates blood deficiency, which indicates insufficient qi and blood, and low immunity. However, the disease cannot be diagnosed by observing the pulse alone. Questioning, inspection, tongue diagnosis, and pulse diagnosis are required to diagnose the disease. From what has been described, we can preliminarily judge that the patient's constitution is currently cold, which is a manifestation of spleen and kidney deficiency. Go to a traditional Chinese medicine hospital and take some medicine to strengthen the spleen and kidneys. You can also try acupuncture, which will be effective quickly and well. On the hand, the high bone behind the occipital bone is the Guan pulse, the front is the Cun pulse, the back is the Chi pulse, and then take the floating, middle, and sinking pulses. On the left hand, the Cun pulse controls the heart and small intestine, the Guan pulse controls the liver and gallbladder, and the Chi pulse controls the bladder and kidneys. On the right hand, the Cun pulse controls the lungs and large intestine, the Guan pulse controls the spleen and stomach, and the Chi pulse controls the kidneys and Mingmen. In Cun, Guan, and Chi, Cun is Yang and Chi is Yin, floating is Yang and sinking is Yin. By combining the numbers of floating, sinking, and slowness, one can roughly distinguish the yin and yang, the inside and outside, the cold and heat of the human body. Combine the strength and weakness, strong means real, weak means empty, and then look at the length of the pulse, long means excess, short means deficiency. In this way, we can distinguish between yin and yang, inside and outside, cold and heat, deficiency and excess. Finally, based on the body location and the pulse, you can diagnose the disease by determining which organ it belongs to. Knowing these, we can recombine these pulse conditions again, because in clinical practice there will be many pulse conditions combined together, such as floating and slow, floating and rapid, floating and long, floating and thin. Similarly, the same goes for sinking pulse, deep and short, deep and strong, and deep and rapid. They all need to be combined and analyzed carefully. For example, the left inch pulse is deep, short and weak, while the inch and guan pulses are normal. First of all, the left inch point governs the heart, and the disease is located in the heart. Shortness indicates deficiency, weakness also indicates deficiency. What diseases will insufficient heart pulse lead to? The function of the heart is to control blood, and the beating of the heart transports blood to the whole body. Its deficiency will first lead to insufficient blood supply to the brain, resulting in dizziness, memory loss, and forgetfulness. I feel weak all over and lazy every day. If the left radial pulse is deep and rapid, the deep pulse indicates internal symptoms and the yin, while the rapid pulse indicates heat symptoms. If the disease is located in the kidney and bladder, then there is heat in the kidney and bladder, and symptoms such as yellow urine, heat, hot hands and feet, soreness of the waist and knees, and night sweats will appear. For example, the inch pulse is floating and rapid, while the foot pulse is deep and thin. The inch pulse dominates Yang, and the rapid pulse dominates heat. The floating pulse also dominates Yang, and the foot pulse represents Yin and is thin, which indicates deficiency. Combined together, it means that Yin is deficient and cannot control Yang, and Yang floats on top. Such patients will inevitably suffer from dizziness, and medication can also be used to replenish Yin and suppress Yang. Another thing is to practice more. There are many people around you, including friends and relatives, who can serve as internship subjects. Everyone has this condition. Only by practicing more can you achieve results. At the beginning, I sometimes watched dozens of people a day. After watching them, I compared them to see what was right and what was wrong, and summarized them. Gradually, I became proficient. When taking a pulse, you must conduct a comprehensive analysis, dividing it into parts and organs, what the function of each organ is, what problems may occur when there is cold or heat, exterior or interior, yin and yang, deficiency or excess. In addition, you must not diagnose the disease with just one diagnosis. The ancients' combination of the four examinations makes sense. |
