How to use scraping to remove melasma?

4. Contraindications of Gua Sha:

3. People with heart failure, renal failure, liver cirrhosis, ascites, and severe edema of the whole body are prohibited from scraping.

4. For varicose veins in the lower limbs, scrape from bottom to top with gentle techniques.

5. This treatment is not suitable if the skin in the scraping area is ulcerated, damaged or inflamed. It is also not suitable for those who have just recovered from a serious illness, are seriously ill, have qi and blood deficiency, or are full or hungry.
