1. 10g each of Saposhnikovia divaricata, Schizonepeta tenuifolia, and Periostracum cicadae, 15g each of Kochia scoparia, Paeonia lactiflora, Rehmannia glutinosa, Scutellaria baicalensis, Sophora flavescens, Imperata cylindrica, and Arctium lappa, 20g of Gypsum gypsum (pre-boiled), and 6g of Raw Licorice. Oral decoction, one dose per day, twice a day. Suitable for those with red wheals that are aggravated by heat and alleviated by cold.

2. 6 grams each of ephedra and tangerine peel, 10 grams each of cinnamon twig and silkworm feces, 15 grams each of white peony root, zelan, Dictamni bark, and Kochia scoparia, and 20 grams of astragalus. Oral decoction, one dose per day, twice a day. It is suitable for those with white wheals that are aggravated by cold or wind and relieved by warmth.

3. 6 grams each of mint (added later) and raw rhubarb (added later), 10 grams each of siler, schizonepeta, and cicada shells, 15 grams each of scutellaria, magnolia bark, fructus aurantii, angelica, capillaris, and octopus, 20 grams of raw gypsum (fried first), and 6 grams of raw licorice. Oral decoction, one dose per day, twice a day. Suitable for people with wind masses accompanied by abdominal pain and diarrhea.

4. 10 grams each of Angelica sinensis, white peony root, Atractylodes macrocephala, Saposhnikovia divaricata, and Dictamni cortex, 15 grams each of Bombyx batryticatus, Cornus officinalis, Tribulus terrestris, and Agkistrodon acutus, calcined dragon bone (pre-boiled), calcined oyster (pre-boiled), 20 grams each of Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula. Oral decoction, one dose per day, twice a day. It is suitable for patients with recurrent wheals and deficiency of Qi and blood.
