Remember, rice wine is not cooking wine, don't buy the wrong one. Everyone must soak the donkey-hide gelatin until it is softened before proceeding to the next step. You can also grind the donkey-hide gelatin into powder, so that you only need to soak it for 1 hour before proceeding to the next step. Reminder: Prepare the ingredients before boiling donkey-hide gelatin. Red dates, walnut kernels, black sesame seeds, rock sugar, etc. You must choose the best ingredients for your own consumption, as this will also affect the nutrition and taste. After the donkey-hide gelatin is cooked, turn to low heat and add walnut kernels, red dates, longan meat, wolfberry, black sesame seeds in turn - stir vigorously, stir with all your strength, stir until evenly mixed, about five minutes (be sure to stir close to the bottom, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot, and remember to use the lowest heat). Add the ingredients one by one, stir one well, then add the other. After adding the ingredients, mix them evenly. You can turn off the fire now.
