What are the effects of agarwood Buddhist beads?

Buddhism is a religious culture introduced to China from ancient India, and it has undergone great changes since its evolution. No matter when, Buddhist items are supreme to Buddhist disciples. Many people in life like to wear Buddhist beads, especially agarwood Buddhist beads, which have a unique smell and are very effective in relieving stomach cold, relaxing muscles and activating blood circulation. Let’s take a look together below.

Agarwood is a precious traditional Chinese medicine with a very long history of use in my country. The agarwood tree is a weakly positive tree species with deep roots that grow downward as the main root. It is the best soil and water protector. During the growth process of agarwood, no pesticides need to be sprayed, and it will not harm the soil or human health. Agarwood also has the property of repelling insects but not killing them, which is beneficial to ecological maintenance. Developing agarwood cultivation and production is not only an effective way to solve resource shortages, reduce imports, and expand exports to earn foreign exchange, but also a reliable guarantee for the general public and agricultural enterprises to get rid of poverty and become rich.

Medicinal effects and functions of agarwood: It takes at least 30 to 50 years for agarwood to mature from the tree to the beginning of incense production and then to absolute maturity. Up to now, most of the agarwood on the market is artificially planted, and then injured and cracked areas are made on the tree trunk to allow it to form agarwood. This method generally allows agarwood to form within a few years, and the longer the agarwood forming time, the better the quality of the agarwood. But even with this method, the incense tree needs to be at least 10 years old before it can start to produce incense.

The production areas of agarwood are mainly concentrated in southern East Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and China's Hainan Island. Indonesia, Myanmar and other countries also have a history of producing agarwood, but due to large-scale logging, it is now almost extinct, and there are only places where agarwood is processed.

The fragrance of ordinary agarwood is very light at room temperature, and some are even difficult to smell. Only when it is ignited and burned, its unique aroma will be emitted and cover up other smells. The fragrance can linger for a long time and is generally used as a spice to make famous and precious perfumes and essential oils. In some countries such as Arabia, agarwood is burned directly during ceremonies.

The aroma of agarwood is a rare warm-natured herb with antibacterial effects. It is effective for symptoms such as cold stomach and cold air. It is also the highest-level Chinese medicinal herb among qi-moving medicines, and has the effects of relaxing muscles and tendons, opening the meridians and orifices, and maintaining health and curing diseases.
