For example, symptoms of pain in the back heart area are very common. So, how to treat pain in the back heart area?

The pain in the right back corresponding to the internal organ comes and goes. It is commonly caused by heart disease, lung disease and liver and gallbladder disease, and needs to be checked and diagnosed in time before treatment.

Dietary guidelines for heart patients

1. Salt restriction

When some patients develop heart failure, they experience general edema, high blood pressure, and cardiac enlargement with heart failure, which causes water and sodium ion retention in the body. At this time, if you do not avoid salt, the sodium ions will increase, aggravating water retention and making the edema more obvious. Therefore, limiting salt intake is key to preventing water retention in the body. Heart patients should be careful about foods such as condiments, pickled foods, cured meats, canned foods, and instant noodles.

2. Eat less food

As the elderly’s body deteriorates, their digestive system is not as good as before, so their total daily calories should be limited. The daily food intake should be evenly distributed, or small and frequent meals should be adopted to reduce the burden on the body. “Eat until 70% full at every meal and you will live a healthy life to old age” is not without reason. Eating until 70% full can ensure the intake of nutrients. As long as you stick to it for a long time, it will not only help control your weight but also help you keep your mind clear.

3. Restriction of high cholesterol and fat.

Improper food choices or excessive consumption of foods such as high cholesterol and fat can increase the risk of heart disease. Try to eat lean meat and avoid fat, poultry skin and animal offal. Avoid deep-frying or pan-frying foods. It is best to use vegetable oil when cooking, which is healthier.

4. Eat a balanced diet.

A balanced diet fully meets the body's needs, maintains normal physiological functions, and promotes growth, development and health. This is not just a need for heart patients. Normal people who want to have a healthy body should have a balanced diet and consume foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains, fish (lean), eggs, milk and beans. Foods such as celery, grass, and tomatoes can lower blood pressure. Patients with heart disease should eat more fruits such as hawthorn, golden cherry, and strawberry.
