Latent nephritis

Latent nephritis

Latent nephritis is a common kidney disease. The onset of latent nephritis will have a great impact on the patient's body and mind. If it is not treated in time, it will also cause more problems to the body. Many latent nephritis cannot be discovered in the first time when it occurs. If it cannot be discovered in the first time, then the patient will have to endure more pain.

Therefore, for most people in real life, if early detection and early treatment can be achieved, the impact of the disease on the body can be greatly reduced, and a healthier body can be achieved. So what are the symptoms of latent nephritis?

Patients with inflammation have no obvious clinical symptoms, but show persistent mild proteinuria and/or recurrent or persistent hematuria, so it is also called asymptomatic proteinuria and/or hematuria.

Most patients with latent nephritis have no obvious symptoms and signs, and only some patients may have atypical manifestations such as low back pain, fatigue, and macroscopic hematuria. Its clinical features are mainly abnormal urine, which can manifest in three forms: ① persistent mild or moderate proteinuria, urine protein +~++, 24h urine protein quantity less than 1g, granular casts in urine sediment, and a small amount of red blood cells <5/HP>. Pathological changes are mostly mild mesangial proliferation or focal mesangial proliferation. ② Continuous or intermittent hematuria, and phase contrast microscopy examination of urine red blood cells mainly shows abnormalities. Transient macroscopic focal hyperplasia often occurs under the influence of factors such as fever, pharyngitis, overwork, cold, and drug damage. ③ Persistent proteinuria and hematuria, sometimes edema, increased blood pressure, etc., but when the inducement is gone, they can return to their original latent state. This type of patient has a poor prognosis and is prone to slowly develop renal insufficiency. The pathological changes are obvious mesangial cell proliferation, membranoproliferative, membranous nephritis and early stage of focal sclerosing nephritis.

In general, the harm of latent nephritis is very great, so it is very important to do physical examinations of the kidneys in daily life. It can even be said to be the best way to reduce the disease. Of course, if you are unfortunately diagnosed with this disease in daily life, you must also increase your confidence in treatment so that you can get rid of the troubles of the disease as soon as possible.
