Because Amomum villosum contains a variety of volatile oils, do not boil it for too long to avoid reducing its effectiveness. 4. Gansong Congee

Prepare 5 grams of nardostachysirhizoma and 100 grams of glutinous rice. First, boil the nardostachysirhizoma with water. After cooking, remove the juice and set aside. Wash the japonica rice and cook it into porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add the sweet osmanthus juice and cook it for a while.
