What medicine is effective for lower abdominal pain

Ingredients: 13g hawthorn meat, 4g cinnamon twig, 25g brown sugar.

Method: Put hawthorn meat and cinnamon twigs into a pot, add 2 bowls of water, simmer until 1 bowl of water is left, add brown sugar, mix well, and boil.

Function: It has the effects of warming the meridians and dredge blood vessels, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. Suitable for women with cold dysmenorrhea and dull complexion.

Note: 1. Keep the abdomen warm and avoid spicy and cold food.
