How to relieve vertigo?

3. Keep warm. Dizziness is mainly caused by cervical spondylosis. You should choose a pillow of appropriate height when sleeping, avoid working with your head down for long periods of time, and take measures to keep warm.

4. Control blood lipids. Patients whose dizziness is caused by hypertension and arteriosclerosis should measure their blood pressure regularly to maintain blood pressure stability, control their diet and blood lipids reasonably, eat a light diet, and keep their emotions stable.

5. Improve nutrition. Patients suffering from vertigo due to anemia should strengthen their nutrition appropriately and adopt food therapy and auxiliary drugs for treatment.
