The fourth is shaking your head.

Shake your head forward, backward, left and right. Shake your head in this way for a full circle, and then shake it in the opposite direction. Do it 10 times on the left and right sides.

Finally, it’s about competing with each other. Cross the fingers of both hands, place the palms behind the neck, push the neck forward with force, and straighten the neck backward. What to do if you have neck pain

Many times, if you maintain a certain posture for a long time, your neck will feel sore. For example, if you sit in front of a computer for a long time, your neck will feel uncomfortable. At this time, just stand up and stretch your body and move your head, and you will quickly feel relieved. At the same time, you should reduce the time you sit in front of the computer.

Another common situation is that incorrect sleeping posture causes stiff neck, which will cause severe neck pain. If the condition is particularly severe, you need to go to the hospital for treatment. Generally, if the condition is mild, you only need to move your neck more and gently massage the neck area. Under normal circumstances, it will recover in about a day.

If the neck is hit by external force, or if it is accidentally twisted, causing neck pain, in the former case, you may need to apply cold compresses to the injured area, and if there is trauma, you may also need to bandage it. In the latter case, you must install a fixator on the neck to correct the bones in the neck.

There is another situation that can cause neck pain, which is neuralgic neck pain. It is also possible that the cervical spine compresses the nerves and causes neck pain. This is more serious and requires a relatively long course of treatment. It is recommended to go to the hospital for an X-ray to see the cervical spine problem before doing appropriate treatment.
