Experience 1

After the transplant, lie down in the hospital for 1 hour before leaving, lie flat!

It is best to only eat noodles and eggs in the first three days after transplantation. Do not eat rice, tomatoes, apples, etc. High insulin is not conducive to implantation, so avoid eating sweets, and do not eat apples to reduce the endometrium. Anyway, you won’t starve to death if you don’t eat rice for a few days, so just be patient and watch your diet! For the first three days, I ate noodles, eggs, and a cup of soy milk for breakfast. During the first three days, it is important to lie still. Don't get up and walk around. You just lie down except when you go to the toilet. I also eat on the bed and then lie down after eating. I didn't take a shower on the first day, but just washed myself with water on the second day.

Experience 4

Avoid bending over and squatting! If you don't have a toilet at home, buy a chair for patients to sit on when going to the toilet, and try not to squat for the first three days.

Experience 5

It is important to take medication on time! Everyone's medicine is different. I use suppository progesterone, which I recommend using every morning because this medicine can last for a whole day and continuously replenish your progesterone. It is also better absorbed in the morning. If you also use this, be sure to take it in the morning. Taking medicine on time means that it is best to take the medicine at the same time for each meal every day, with no more than half an hour difference between them.

Experience 6

Eat a grapefruit every day to supplement folic acid and help implantation! Grapefruit is really unpalatable! I juice half a cup of milk, add protein powder, milk, and half an orange every morning, and then juice half a grapefruit after dinner.

Experience 7

There are many taboos on eating fruits, and I don’t know all of them. Anyway, I currently only eat grapefruit, oranges, kiwis, and cherries.

Experience 8

I haven't washed my hair for 7 days! My family wouldn't let me, and I didn't dare to either, so I waited until the day of the blood test to go to the barber shop and lie down to wash. When it comes to washing your hair, it’s best to resist the urge to wash your hair during the first 8 days. It will take 3 to 5 days for the hair to take root, and 8 days for it to take root! After 8 days, if you can’t help it, go to the nearest barber shop and lie down to wash yourself. Don’t make the water too hot!

Experience Nine

You can’t soak your feet. You can’t, you can’t, you can’t! ! Foot soaking promotes blood circulation, so no! !

Experience 10

I admit that I smoke. If you also smoke, I suggest you quit in principle. If you are like me, you are addicted to smoking and cannot quit, and not smoking makes you upset, you can smoke in moderation, take 3 puffs on each cigarette! I still have to say, don’t smoke if you can avoid it!
