5. Take 50g of honeysuckle and 50g of dandelion, 25g of moutan bark, 15g of rhubarb, 12g of red peony root, 9g of Chuanlianzi, peach kernel and licorice, 1-2 doses per day, decoct in water and take in 2-4 doses.

2. Avoid overeating and eat small meals frequently.

4. Drink water in moderation. It can not only neutralize stomach acid and reduce the irritation of gastric juice to the ulcer surface, but also replenish the body's mild dehydration caused by diarrhea.

5. Use drugs with caution, especially some antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, which have a strong irritation to the gastrointestinal tract and can cause gastrointestinal bleeding or even perforation in severe cases. It is best not to use them or use them sparingly.
