You can lie on your side or on your back, but not on your stomach. Keep your chest and waist in a natural curvature, and your hips and knees bent.

4. Gymnastics exercises. This multi-finger neck exercise strengthens the neck muscles through constant changes in head posture. But avoid shaking your head violently or doing the "M" exercise (the "M" exercise is only suitable for healthy people).
