Basically every woman will get pregnant if she has no physical problems. When they are pregnant, they will pay special attention to their bodies to prevent abnormal conditions of the baby in their belly, such as malposition of the fetus, etc. Stillbirth is possible. Some women will experience it in the early stages of pregnancy. Stillbirth is accompanied by certain symptoms. So what are the symptoms of stillbirth two months into pregnancy? After 20 weeks of pregnancy, the death of the fetus in the uterus is called stillbirth, or intrauterine fetal death. The death of a fetus during childbirth is called stillbirth, which is also a type of fetal death. Since about half of stillbirths have no symptoms during pregnancy, most parents are completely unaware that they have lost their fetus. Women who have had a fetal death for a long time in two months of pregnancy may suffer from general fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, postpartum hemorrhage or disseminated intravascular coagulation; the fundus of the uterus and abdominal circumference may shrink, and the breast swelling may disappear or shrink. In the early stages of fetal death, X-ray examinations may not reveal any abnormalities until the fetus is deformed, when four major X-ray signs can be seen in the abdomen, of which the decomposition of fetal blood to form gas is the only reliable one. X-ray diagnostic signs: (1) Gas formation. This phenomenon occurs 6 hours to 10 days after fetal death, and gas accumulates in the fetal large blood vessels or soft tissues. This phenomenon occurs in most cases. (2) Halo sign around the fetal head. It is the first sign of fetal death within 48 hours. Once the fetus is confirmed to be dead in the womb, induction of labor is usually performed. Most cases of fetal death can be delivered naturally through the vagina without the need for surgery. If the dead fetus remains in the uterus for too long without being treated, it will have adverse effects on the mother. Generally, if the fetus is stillborn for more than four weeks, the pregnant woman will develop complications such as blood coagulation and impaired blood function. Many drugs can enter the fetus through the placenta. Whether the drugs entering the fetus will have an impact on the fetus and to what extent the impact will be depends on factors such as dosage, duration, type of drug, route of administration, and fetal susceptibility. |
