1. Huchuan fructose injection can be directly converted into glycogen in the body without the participation of insulin. Its metabolism is unrelated to insulin levels, will not interfere with blood sugar, and is easier for the body to absorb and utilize.

2. Huchuan fructose injection can bypass the two rate-limiting steps of glucose metabolism (the main rate-limiting enzyme of glycolysis), so compared with glucose, it can supply energy more quickly, and can be quickly oxidized to produce energy and release ATP.

Precautions

1. Use with caution in patients with renal insufficiency, acidosis tendency and hyperuricemia. 2. Overdose of this product can cause severe acidosis, so it is not recommended to replace glucose in parenteral nutrition. 3. Clinical and laboratory parameters should be monitored during use to evaluate fluid balance, electrolyte concentrations, and acid-base balance. 4. Use with caution to prevent overhydration and electrolyte imbalance. 5. Excessive infusion of potassium-free fructose can cause hypokalemia. This product is not used to correct hyperkalemia. 6. This product can intensify the oxidation of methanol into formaldehyde, so it should not be used to treat methanol poisoning. 7. The injection speed of this product should be slow, preferably not exceeding 0.5g/kg/hr.
