Application: clearing away heat and detoxifying, reducing swelling and discharging pus, softening and dispersing lumps. It is used for various types of acne with modifications according to symptoms. Take one dose of decoction per day internally and once a day for external use. A course of treatment is thirty days. 3. Diet therapy: 1. Black bean kernel and Sumu porridge: 100 grams of black beans, 100 grams of polished rice, 30 grams of motherwort, 15 grams of Sumu, 10 grams of peach kernel, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Put motherwort, myrrh, peach kernel, etc. into a pot, add water and boil for 30 minutes, and filter out about 500 ml of the medicinal liquid. Then add black beans and glutinous rice into the pot containing the medicinal liquid, pour in an appropriate amount of water, cook until the porridge is well cooked, add brown sugar and eat. 2. Mung bean and coix seed soup: 25 grams of mung bean, 25 grams of coix seed, and 10 grams of hawthorn. Wash the three ingredients and put them in a pot. Add 500 grams of water and soak for 30 minutes, then bring to a boil. Turn off the heat after boiling for a few minutes. Do not uncover the lid. Simmer for 15 minutes, then filter and drink as tea. Drink 3-5 times a day. 3. Mung bean, fruit and vegetable drink: appropriate amounts of Chinese cabbage, bell pepper, celery, bitter gourd, lemon, apple, mung bean and honey. First pour the mung beans into the pot, cook for 30 minutes, and filter out the mung bean juice. Cut the Chinese cabbage, bell pepper, celery, bitter gourd and apple into sections or pieces and blend them into juice. Finally, add mung bean juice and add lemon juice and honey to season.
