Soak your numb hands or feet in hot water twice a day.

Folk remedy 4: Astragalus, Angelica and lean meat soup. Use 50 grams of lean meat, 30 grams of astragalus, 10 grams of angelica, 3 grams of Panax notoginseng, and 3 dates. Stew together and drink. Astragalus and Angelica have the effects of replenishing qi, nourishing blood, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. This prescription is suitable for patients with post-stroke symptoms such as soft limbs, numbness of hands and feet, and qi deficiency and blood stasis.

Folk remedy 5: Peppercorn juice. Take 300 grams of fresh peppercorns (60 grams of dried peppercorns), add 500 milliliters of water and boil until 200 milliliters are left. Pour into a bowl, place it on the roof in the dew overnight, cover it with a basket, take it out when the sun is about to rise, and serve it cold. Cover yourself with a blanket and sweat, and the disease will usually heal in one time.
