Small black spots on back sweat pores

Small black spots on back sweat pores

We can often see black dot-shaped things on our backs. In fact, these are our sweat hairs. We all know that pores are used to discharge water from the body. If these pores are blocked, the sweat components in our body cannot be relieved. So once small black spots appear, we need to pay attention to them. So what should we do if the sweat pores on the back are blocked with small black spots?

Follicular keratinization is a term in Western medicine, and is often called "skin keratosis" in traditional Chinese medicine. It often appears as a symptom in a group of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis" syndromes, and most of them are comprehensive physical problems. If the treatment can be alleviated by promoting Qi, blood circulation and removing blood stasis, it will take quite some time to completely cure it. You can also apply some retinoic acid ointment externally.

1. If you want to remove keratosis pilaris, you must first dissolve the cuticle, so you can use scrub, loofah, exfoliating brush, etc. when taking a bath.

2. More important than exfoliation is the use of body lotion to maintain keratosis pilaris. Keratosis pilaris is a very special type of skin that lacks both water and oil. Using ordinary body lotions will not be very effective. You must use a specially moisturizing body lotion to achieve the effect of hydrating and skin care for keratosis pilaris.

3. People with keratosis pilaris should not use too hot water when taking a bath, even in winter. The water temperature should generally be kept at 40 degrees, because hot water can easily take away the oil on the surface of the skin, which will undoubtedly make things worse for people with keratosis pilaris who lack water and oil. It is recommended that women with keratosis pilaris do not need to take a bath every day in winter, but once every 2-3 days is sufficient.

4. After completing the daily maintenance of keratosis follicularis, the next step is the treatment of keratosis follicularis. For particularly severe cases of keratosis pilaris, products containing salicylic acid are generally used for treatment. Salicylic acid itself is fat-soluble, so it can go along the opening of the hair follicles and follow the skin oil to reach the keratinized area, thereby dissolving the keratin and improving the symptoms.

The sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands will not be discharged directly to the surface of the skin, but will be excreted from the roots of the hair through the ducts of the hair follicles. When the skin secretes too much oil and cannot be unblocked, the pores will swell. When the skin secretes too much oil and it is not thoroughly removed, the oil and the keratin in the pores will fuse together, causing the pores to become clogged and leading to skin problems such as acne. Skin sensitivity caused by clogged pores can be restored by using Dendrobium sensitive cream containing Chinese herbal ingredients to care for and maintain the skin.
