To prevent obesity, the causes of obesity must be eliminated. If it is caused by endocrine disorders, treatment should be the main focus. If you are simply obese, you should do the following in your life:

1. Mainly staple food. Overeating and overeating are the main causes of obesity. Because the main components of rice and flour are carbohydrates, eating too much can be converted into fat in the human body and accumulate under the skin. Therefore, it is best to eat until you are 80% to 90% full at each meal. At the same time, limit the intake of high-fat complementary foods.

2. Increase exercise. Not only should you increase the amount of exercise every day, but you should also extend the time of exercise. Because the initial stage of exercise consumes the carbohydrates in the body, only longer-term exercise can consume stored fat. Therefore, the daily exercise time should generally be no less than minutes, and you should choose sports that require more energy, such as long-distance running, skipping rope, playing basketball, playing football, swimming, climbing and other activities, and you should do it regularly and persevere.
