Hair dryer treatment of cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is a very common disease nowadays, which is closely related to work and living habits. Cervical spondylosis is a chronic disease that is difficult to treat and requires long-term care to gradually improve the condition. A hair dryer is effective in treating cervical spondylosis. If your usual methods of relieving pain are very limited, you can try using a hair dryer to treat cervical spondylosis.

Using a hair dryer to treat cervical spondylosis: I have suffered from cervical spondylosis for more than ten years, and usually have attacks two or three times a year. After B-ultrasound and CT scans, I was diagnosed with degenerative lesions of the cervical spine and nerve compression. When the disease occurs, I feel dizzy and vomit and can only rest in bed. Then I go to the hospital for injections, massage, and medication.

Process of treating cervical spondylosis with a hair dryer: Four years ago, I happened to think of the heat therapy method used in the hospital, so I tried to use the hair dryer at home to treat cervical spondylosis. The distance should be appropriate for the skin to withstand the heat, and I blew slowly towards the head and neck, turning the head and neck while blowing, and turning it up and down, left and right as much as possible, for about 5 minutes.

The process of treating cervical spondylosis with a hair dryer: Use a hair dryer to blow towards your navel. Hold the hair dryer in one hand and use the palm of the other hand to rotate and massage with the liver navel as the center. Then change hands and massage in the opposite direction for 5 minutes.

The process of treating cervical spondylosis with a hair dryer: Use a hair dryer to blow on the back of the waist. The distance should be such that it feels hot but the skin can feel it. Turn your waist while blowing. With the body as the axis, rotate the waist 360 degrees, first clockwise and then counterclockwise. Then bend forward and backward, also for 5 minutes.

The total time for these three parts is only about a quarter of an hour. The time can be longer or shorter, but you must persist every day.

In this way, I insisted on spending a quarter of an hour massaging every morning after getting up. In the more than four years since I retired, I have never had cervical or lumbar spondylosis. It turned out that my bowel movements were not normal. Sometimes I had bowel movements two or three times a day, and sometimes only once every two days. After persisting in abdominal massage, my bowel movements have basically returned to normal.
