Method 4: Aromatherapy mouthwash method: drop 2-3 drops of essential oil into a cup of water, stir well, gargle for 10 seconds, then spit out, repeat until the whole cup of water is used up. When applying massage to any part of the body, the ratio of water to essential oil is about 200ml of cold or hot water with 5 drops of essential oil, while only 1 drop of essential oil is needed for the face. Cold compresses can relieve, calm, and soothe. To relieve pain, hot compress can help promote blood circulation, eliminate toxins or increase skin permeability. Commonly used essential oils include lavender, violet, rosemary, geranium, jasmine, rose, lemon, etc. Method 6: Spraying method: Add essential oil to distilled water, put it in a spray bottle, and spray it on bedding, clothes, furniture, pets, bookcases, and carpets at any time to disinfect and deodorize and improve the living environment. Commonly used essential oils include rosemary, lemon, sweet orange, mint, geranium, eucalyptus, etc. The ratio is 10 drops of oil to 10 milliliters of water. Method 7: Aromatherapy Bathing (I) Aromatherapy Steam Bath You can choose lavender, chamomile, mint, phytoncide, sweet orange, eucalyptus, lemon and other essential oils and mix them into water. The ratio is 2 drops of essential oil for every 600 ml of water. Pour the mixed water on the heat source of the steam room (such as red-hot stones). The aromatherapy steam will slowly dissipate. Apply it to the chest, neck, throat and other parts of the body. Then, soak the whole body in hot water for about 10-15 minutes and deeply inhale the aromatherapy steam. After the body is fully heated, dry it quickly and go to bed immediately. (IV) Foot and hand bath: Prepare a basin of warm water, add 5-6 drops of essential oil, and then soak the entire soles of the feet or hands in the basin for about 10 minutes. This can treat muscle soreness and promote blood circulation. Adding rose essential oil during hand care can moisturize the skin. It is more effective in autumn and winter. Method 8: Shampoo and hair care When shampooing, add about 2 drops of essential oil to shampoo, apply evenly on the hair, gently massage for 3-5 minutes, and then wash with clean water; when caring for the hair, mix the base oil and essential oil in a ratio of 10:1, gently massage the scalp for absorption, wrap it with a towel for about 15 minutes, and then wash it with shampoo.
