There is no need to follow any specific ratio for these two ingredients. Just grab a handful each time, wash them clean, and put them in a pot with water to boil. After it is cooked, it becomes barley and red bean porridge, a great product for removing dampness and strengthening the spleen.

There are many skills and requirements to making barley and red bean porridge. Job's tears are very hard, and red beans are also very hard. If you keep them in the pot and keep boiling them, they may not be soft even after more than an hour, which is a waste of fire or electricity. In addition, the water may be boiled dry, causing the bottom to be burnt.

There are two methods: The first method is to add enough water into the pot, turn off the heat after boiling, let the coix seed and red beans simmer in the pot for half an hour, turn on the heat again, simmer for another half an hour after boiling, and the red bean porridge is cooked.

Sports sweat
