What is the simplest and most effective way to treat foot sweat?

Sweat glands can be distributed in any part of the body, the most common ones are the forehead, armpits, feet, and hands. Some people also have sweat glands on their thighs and arms. The main function of sweat glands is to help people excrete sweat, just like channels. Some friends have a large number of sweat glands on the soles of their feet, so their feet secrete a lot of sweat every day. So, what is the simplest and most effective way to treat foot sweat?

Prepare 10-14 pairs of cotton socks. Note that you should change into a new pair of socks every day. Socks that have been worn for a day become very damp due to absorbing salt and water from the feet. Salty socks have stronger moisture absorption and moisturizing effects, which provides conditions for the reproduction of fungi. Fungal problems will further stimulate sweat glands and aggravate sweaty feet.

You should prepare at least three pairs of shoes, preferably ones with cotton surfaces that are breathable and sweat-absorbent. Try not to wear leather shoes unless required for work. Change your shoes every day. Loosen the laces of worn shoes before going to bed, leave the toe protection part open as much as possible to let it breathe, and wear them after drying for 1-2 days. You should wear special sports shoes when exercising normally and pay attention to shoe care. Sun exposure for sterilization is not necessary. The main thing is to let the shoes ventilate and dry them more often to ensure they are dry.

After washing your feet and drying them with a towel every day, be sure to use dry Vinda paper towels to thoroughly absorb the moisture between each toe, or use a hair dryer with no heating setting to thoroughly dry the toes until your feet no longer feel cold (the coldness means that moisture is still evaporating). This can also overcome the reproduction of foot fungus and reduce sweaty feet.

Use warm boiled water at about 42 degrees to wash your feet, then soak them in 37 degrees Celsius, 1% povidone-iodine solution, and then soak them repeatedly with warm water at 42 degrees for 3 times. Clean the liquid thoroughly to kill foot fungus and treat sweaty feet.

Precautions

Remember to wash and change your shoes and socks, keep soaking your feet in warm water, take appropriate medication, and dry the spaces between your toes thoroughly after washing your feet.
