What causes shoulder spondylitis?

Society is developing faster and faster, and more and more people are starting to get better jobs. But a better job means sitting in front of the computer every day in a fixed posture all day long. The shoulders will easily get tired if they don't move for a long time, but there is no relaxation. Another group of people are students, especially graduating classes from various schools. They have endless homework to do every day and have to keep writing in the same posture for a long time without being able to relax for a moment. This is how shoulder spondylitis develops step by step. So what causes shoulder spondylitis?

reason:

"Scapulohumeral periarthritis" is also known as shoulder joint tissue inflammation. This is a chronic inflammation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, bursae and joint capsules around the shoulder. It is more common in people around 50 years old. Because office workers work at their desks for a long time, the muscles and ligaments in the shoulders are in a tense state, so it is not uncommon in people under 50 years old. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is caused by the shoulder being exposed to wind and cold. After the disease, the chest and shoulder joints become stiff and limited in movement, as if frozen, so it is called "frozen shoulder" or "shoulder freezing syndrome."

harm:

The shoulder joint has the largest range of motion among all the joints in the human body. The joint capsule is relatively loose, and the stability of the joint is largely maintained by the strength of the muscles, tendons and ligaments around the joint. Because the tendon itself has a poor blood supply and undergoes degenerative changes with age, and the shoulder joint moves frequently in daily life, the surrounding soft tissue is often subjected to friction and compression from all sides, making chronic strain prone to occur. Clinical features: The onset of frozen shoulder is characterized by a chronic process: the initial stage is the inflammatory stage, with unbearable shoulder pain, especially at night. When sleeping, I often lie in a specific position because I am afraid of pressure on my shoulders. It is difficult to turn over, and I suffer from constant pain and cannot fall asleep.

If not treated properly in the early stages, the shoulder joint will gradually develop into limited movement, unable to be raised, and frozen. It often affects daily life, making it difficult to eat, dress, wash face and comb hair. In severe cases, the patient cannot take care of himself, and the local muscles of the shoulders and arms will atrophy, causing great pain to the patient. Treatment methods: 1. Initial Chinese medicine treatment ① Chinese patent medicines such as Papaya Pills, Xiaohuo Luo Dan, and Guogong Liquor can be used for treatment. ② The decoction can be an empirical formula: 10 grams of bupleurum, 10 grams of angelica, 10 grams of white peony root, 10 grams of tangerine peel, 10 grams of pinellia, 10 grams of angelica root, 10 grams of platycodon, 10 grams of white mustard, 10 grams of black aconite root, 10 grams of gentiana, and 10 grams of poria.
