Eat sweet potatoes : The fiber contained in sweet potatoes is soft and easy to digest, which can promote gastrointestinal motility and help defecation. This is because it contains rich antioxidant vitamin C, beta-carotene, and vitamin E which is twice as much as brown rice, and more than 40% fiber, which can prevent constipation and expel stool. The white juice (mucin) in sweet potato has the effect of lowering cholesterol and blood lipids. Therefore, sweet potato can be regarded as one of the best foods for detoxification.

Yogurt can help eliminate constipation: Drinking yogurt every day can help eliminate constipation. Yogurt can help promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the intestines, clean the intestines and help expel stool. However, it should be noted that the effect of lactic acid bacteria is not long-lasting, so it is best to drink yogurt every day to eliminate stool.

How to drink yogurt to help with bowel movements: You can drink yogurt on an empty stomach to help with bowel movements. If you have excessive stomach acid, it is best to drink it between meals, and the daily amount should not exceed 300 ml.
