2. Dendrobium candidum cannot be taken together with cold foods such as dandelion flower, houttuynia root, mulberry seed, etc. Taking Dendrobium candidum together with cold foods can easily disrupt the balance of yin and yang in the human body, causing diarrhea and indigestion at the mildest, and damaging the five internal organs and causing endocrine imbalance at the worst.
